Your purchase from us constitutes your understanding of, and agreement to, Forbidden Fruits Nursery’s Terms and Conditions.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
Once full payment is made, the order cannot be changed, which includes goods, the shipping company, or the shipping address.
SHIPPING of ORDERS
Please enter your full SHIPPING address. The shipping company requires a street address, mobile number, and email address. The shipping company cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
Advanced plants
We do not send plants to SA, WA, TAS, NT, or Internationally.
Forbidden Fruits Nursery are not responsible for any incorrect address or shipping address entered online.
Any additional shipping costs charged due to incorrect information provided, is the responsibility of the purchaser
Cost of shipping is calculated at Checkout. Packaging, handling fee, Shipping Company
Delivery time or late, we are not responsible, we will endeavor to advise customer.
When collecting or receiving the shipped items, we advise the purchaser to track & trace the shipping. If any damage in transit is found, we request the purchaser to email us (with photos) immediately and the item needs to be reloaded on the shipping vehicle. If there is damage or a fault, we do not charge returning freight fee however if the items are returned without any fault or damage, we regard it as the purchaser just changes their mind, so
Christmas Orders must be paid for before December 7th to avoid any shipping delays in the busy time before Christmas.
DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched the week following receipt of full payment.
Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
All plants are dispatched in their growing container. No plants are barerooted.
Plants are dispatched in specially designed plant cartons which have a maximum height of one metre.

PAYMENTS
The minimum online plant purchase is $80.00
Once full payment is made, the order cannot be changed, which includes the goods ordered, the shipping company, or the shipping address.
Once a Forbidden Fruits Nursery Frequent Customer Account exceeds $300, all future online orders from that account, will be rewarded with 5% off all invoice subtotals (before shipping and GST are added).
Forbidden Fruits Nursery Frequent Customer Accounts are for online purchases ONLY.
Purchases at our nursery are 10% less than the online prices.
Online, at nursery, expos markets. Email of order confirmation, email consignment number.
For online orders Forbidden Fruits Nursery accepts payment via credit card including VISA and MASTERCARD. Unfortunately we cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery), money orders, cheques or direct deposits.
CUSTOMER RECORDS
When placing an order on our website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you purchase goods at www.cookie.com.au your payment details are processed securely by our secure payment gateway which has the highest possible level of certificate and Secure Socket Layer security. We keep a secure record of your payment details until the point your order is packed and dispatched, to assist with any changes to your order. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

RETURNS
All claims for damaged goods must be done within 24 hours of receiving them. Risk in goods passes to the purchaser on delivery.
